Instructions for use
- Before first use, twist the cap - this will move the probiotics into the bottle.
2. Shake well before each use.
3. Rinse your mouth with 5–20 ml of undiluted water for at least 1 minute.
4. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use to allow the probiotics to take effect.
5. Do not swallow.
